Unfortunately due to a cumulative numbers Riga International Curling Challenge 2020 will take place only with Latvian teams participation.

After big steal in the third end with 4 points team Turmann from Estonia manage to win the fifth Riga International Curling Challenge!
On Friday evening eight teams from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Russia start their games.
Team Paulauskaite from Lithuania (Lina Januleviciute, Asta Vaicekonyte, Olga Dvojeglazova, Grazina Eitutiene and Virginija Paulauskaite) finished round robin with 3-0 win-loss record.
In the final game team Paulauskaite from Lithuania had two great key-shots (one in 8th end and another in extra end) and beat in a very tight game team Regža (Latvia-1).
In the final game team Jentsch (Driendl) from Germany had a great key-shot (triple) and beat team Maillard (Switzerland-2). Final result 3-2. Congratulations!
Only WCF approved “yellow” pads are allowed during Riga International Curling Challenge.
Russian junior Team Demkina (Uliana Vasilyeva, Maria Baksheeva, Ekaterina Kuzmina, Evgeniya Demkina, coach Irina Kolesnikova) in final defeated Team Rudström (Anna Huhta, Sofie Sidén, Jonna McManus, Karin Rudström) of Sweden with a result of 9-3 and earned 2200 EUR money prize.
