JKK/Barone wins 11th Riga International Curling Challenge

For the first time Riga International Curling Challenge 2025 team JKK/Barone from Latvia – congratulations to Evelīna Barone, Rēzija Ieviņa, Daina Barone, Katrīna Gaidule and coach Roberts Krusts!

All eight teams play round-robin games and teams are ranked by points, head to head result and DSC if necessary. Then best two of each group continue the event in the semi-final.

JKK/Barone wins Riga International Curling Challenge with 5-0 win-loss record. In the opening game latvians beat team Hausstätter with the result 12:4. Then in the second game they won team SKOB/Kāpostiņa 12:7. On Saturtday the last round robin game they won with no chance for LTU junior with result 8:1. Semi-final game is against Lithuanian National ladies team VORD. JKK/Barone are stronger with result 9:6. And in the final we have a duel between JKK/Barone and Kaunas CC (Lithuania). JKK/Barone gets their big 6 points in the 3rd end and after six ends we have a winner with the result 12:2. Unstoppable team this weekend!
