- 12 teams are divided in 3 groups. Teams play round robin within their group.
- After group stage all teams are ranked in Total Ranking by:
- most wins
- head to head result
- lowest sum of Last Stone Draw (LSD). All 3 round robin games (6 shots) counted.
- Teams ranked 1-8 play play-off games for Riga International Curling Challenge Cup
- Teams ranked 9-12 play for games 9th-12th place

Semi-finals:

3rd Place:
- Game 8: Loser Game 5 vs Loser Game 6
5th Place & 7th Place:
- Game 9: Two highest ranked teams (after group games) that lost Quarter-final play for 5th place.
- Game 10: Two lowest ranked teams (after group games) that lost Quarter-final play for 7th place.
Consolation Cup:
- Game 11: Team 9 vs Team 12
- Game 12: Team 10 vs Team 11
Consolation Cup Final:
- Game 13: Winner Game 11 vs Winner Game 12
Consolation Cup 3rd Place:
- Game 14: Lose Game 11 vs Loser Game 12
- All games will be played by the WCF rules (unless otherwise specified below or before Tournament).
- All games 8 ends. No ties. If game tied after 8 ends extra end(s) should be played to determine winner. Thinking time 4 min 30 sec for and end for each team in extra end(s).
- Practice time before only first game – 4 minutes.
- In Group Stage: after first practice team has to deliver 2 LSD shots (one clock-wise, one counter clock-wise) to determine, which team gets hammer for the first end. After first and after second game, each team has to deliver 2 LSD shots (one clock-wise, one counter clock-wise) to determine, which team gets hammer for the first end in next game!
- Timed Games: 30 minutes thinking time per team;60 seconds break between ends; no break after 4th end.
- Time-outs exist. 30 seconds for coach to reach closer end of the rink, 60 seconds for further end of the rink.
- In Play-offs:
- Team ranked higher has option of hammer (or stone color).
- 5 minutes practice time for each team before game (no LSD).
- Tournament will have Umpires, who will solve arguments (if any), make stone measurements, add scores on boards and online.
Organizers don’t provide transportation.
