Team JKK/Blumberga-Bērziņa wins Riga International Curling Challenge 2021

Team JKK/Blumberga-Bērziņa from Latvia wins Riga International Curling Challenge with 5-0 win-loss record. In their first game they beat team Valatkiene from Lithuania 13-5, then they won team VKK/Millere 6:2. On Saturtday morning they won team SKOB/Stabulniece with result 10-1. The semi-final team JKK/Blumberga-Bērziņa finished with result 9:2 against team KKR/Barone. Ladies met again team VKK/Millere in the final and won again it with result 9:2.  Congratulations!

Second place goes to team JKK/Rudzīte with 3-2 win-loss record. Team VKK/Millere with win against team Mača and team JKK/Barone stays at third place.

There were eight teams from Latvia and Lithuania. All teams were divided in 2 groups. After round-robin games teams were ranked by points, head to head result and DSC if necessary. After group ranking best 2 teams kept going in the semi-final.
